ADVICE TO ELIGIBLE STUDENT RE-SIT OF A FAILED COURSE

Dear Students,
You are eligible to re-sit the courses that you have failed on the July semester 2018.
Your eligibility for Resit are based on Requirements below;
1. Have met minimum coursework:
a) 75% of coursework for passing mark 75.
b) 60% of coursework for passing mark 60.
c) 40% of coursework for other passing mark.
2. Have not failed more than two (2) subjects.
3. Not absent/ barred/ misconduct from last final examination
4. Not Failed and Out.

The marks from your re-sit exam will replace final examination mark and be added to the
coursework marks that you have already attained in the July semester 2018.
The re-sit grade however will be capped at minimum C grade OR according to the passing grade
of the course if it is higher than C grade.
For Resit for Failed Courses, the marks and grade will affect your current GPA or CGPA.
For Resit for Graduate, the marks and grade will not affect your current GPA or CGPA.
If you fail the re-sit examination, you will have to repeat the course when it is next offered for
registration,
If you choose to attempt the re-sit, kindly make payment of RM50 per course to the account
below in Table 1 (please indicate “payment for Re-Sit”) and follow the procedure below;
