This is the book that was used in all of my papers for English 103. “Asking the Right Questions”
discusses how to critically analysis almost anything. This book also discusses all of the different
critical theories for this class. I specifically used this book for this project by quoting it for my

I used the abstract of this paper for further understanding of Psychoanalysis. This article also
helped me to further grasp why the characters might be using the projection defense mechanism
in the commercial.

I used this presentation to help myself further understand how to identify a fallacy in many
different types of work. I felt like I needed to brush up on my skills to identify fallacies and this

I used this article to help further grasp the idea of The Greek Triangle. Logos, Ethos, and Pathos
were a huge part of this project, so I wanted to have a strong understanding of these Modes of
Rhetoric.

This is the Under Armor commercial that this whole project is based off of. This commercial
stars Dwayne “the rock” Johnson and six people who have overcame extreme adversity in their
lives.
