Dear People,
I have been having a dialogue with the Banking Cartel in the YouTube comment section. The
Banking Cartel has been speaking through fake YouTube accounts, called "sock puppets".
This is counterproductive. There is no reason to confuse you that way. I will give you the
links to this dialogue by showing you a tweet and comments at the end of this tweet.
Instead, I am showing you what I tweeted in 2016 just before the Annual Meetings of the

These institutions were created at the end of World War II so that we could wind down the
Banking Cartel peacefully. That is what we are doing now. I know the World Bank because I
worked there for 21 years in its legal department. In 2015, I met with India's Minister of
Finance, Arun Jaitley, in Peru, during the 2015 Annual Meetings, and tweeted about that two

Perhaps there are several reasons for the things that are happening to H.E. Arun Jaitley,
India's Minister of Finance, who was one of the 20 or so delegations whom I met with at the
World Bank's Annual Meetings in Peru on October 8, 2015. I have already followed up with
H.E. Goodall Gondwe, whose business card mysteriously appeared on my desk. ...
For example, last week someone from the coalition put the business card for Malawi's
Minister of Finance, H.E. Goodall Gondwe, on my desk. I met with H.E. Goodall
Gondwe in Lima Peru on October 8, 2015, but I no longer had the business card which
H.E. Gondwe gave to me in 2015. My file containing business cards was stolen from my
home office a couple of years ago.
I was able to call and email H.E. Gondwe after discovering his card, and I reported this

We have all been aware for some time that things are happening that are out of the
ordinary.

I attended the World Bank and IMF Annual Meetings Peru in October, 2015. I met with
various delegations in Peru, including with India's Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs,
Shri Arun Jaitley. I wrote an email on October 9, 2015, describing some of the events in Peru.

missions in New York. Many World Bank staff understand that Ousmane Diagana has

archives, to criticize the World Bank and IMF in order to confuse people. In my
response, I said that the world's wealth is administered by the Board of Governors of the
World Bank and IMF and that the Board of Governors is winding down the Banking
Cartel.
You know you've won when the shills ask good questions, and everyone
"gets" it.
Karen does the World bank and the IMF not lend fiat currency (money it creates out of
nothing) to bankrupt countries in order to profit from the interest? How does that
make you the good guys??

IMF Secretariat have been captured by the Banking Cartel. The Board of Governors,
for whom I am authorized to speak, is over the Secretariat. I have made this point
many times. The Banking Cartel broke this link, and I just reset it.
The Banking Cartel also broke the link to the offer of the world's monetary gold to all

The Banking Cartel tried censoring my response, but this only backfired. In
next week's segment, we will discuss what is on the agenda in the Global

Currency Reset. This agenda was listed in the letters offering gold to replace the
Banking Cartel's paper currencies.
The Federal Reserve issued bonds in the 1930's known as Treaty of Versailles Bonds,
that are now worth over 2 quadrillion dollars. The Banking Cartel is insolvent. These
bonds are held by the Global Debt Facility. That is because José Rizal acquired these
bonds when he was the Black Pope, that is, the Superior General of the Jesuits. As
lawyer for the Global Debt Facility, I placed a lien on the Fed with these bonds in the
Global Debt Facility. The Development Committee is winding down the Banking Cartel
in the Global Debt Facility.
In case you want to know how I knew to place a lien on the Fed. Some of what I do is
just using common sense, and from my training as a lawyer. Some of what I do is
because I have also been trained as a fencer. When people criticize me for not acting
faster, it is because of my training in martial arts. The best offense is a good defense. I
have had to wait until people knew what and whom I represent, and also in order to be
able to capitalize on the mistakes that the Banking Cartel has been making. The
Banking Cartel is now thrashing around like the wounded beast that it is, and as a result
it is taking mortal hits. I am placing at the end of the teleprompter some of the blows
landing on the Banking Cartel. A lot of what I do is simply intuitive. And of course I am
getting a lot of help. It is time now for me to acknowledge this help, and offer my
deepest thanks.
The elections in the United States were not legitimate because the US Constitution of
1789 was not in effect. I made this point to the military attachés of Japan and Germany
to the United States on October 31, 2016.
The military are guarding our gold, and they are keeping peace. They are not engaging
in WWIII. The Banking Cartel attempted to start WWIII with the detonation of a
missing nuclear bomb 600 miles off the coast of Charleston on October 7, 2013 and a
failed first strike against Russia on March 15, 2015. This exposed the Banking Cartel
sufficiently to the world's military powers and the rest of the coalition that is now in
charge. There is no need for any coup.
The Banking Cartel admitted that it was unable to start WWIII in the comment section
of the last DCTV segment. First Neist Maria recommended that "we put these people to
death before they manage to kill us" I told her that would be suicidal.
