IN-PLANT TRAINING PROGRAM
1. To accomplish the given task by the head architect/co-worker.
2. Mondays – Fridays
9 am – 6 pm
3. 166, A. Mabini Street, San Juan, 1500 Metro Manila
4. There were many books, handouts, and material specifications that can be found in the
office. I were not able to remember the names but I was able to scan some of them and
read it for educational purposes.

PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES
- During my internship at the company, I was tasked to do different working assignments
by my head and co-workers such as office works, site works, and other errands for a
personal matter. Examples of some office works are doing a design concept for a project,
revisions and improvement for an architectural plan, and other types of encoding
activities. On the other hand, I was asked to accompany my co-workers whenever they go
to a site visit and monitor the events that are happening.

EVALUATION
1. Achievement
a. In my duration of working in the company, I have developed the feeling of
being not afraid to take big tasks and responsibilities that is given to me by my
co-workers especially the head of my department. At first, I was nervous
thinking that I may fail to impress them but that is the way it is. Luckily, they
were very impressed to the result of my first assignment at the company.
b. There were no available computers for a trainee so I brought my laptop
everyday to accomplish my tasks. A simple office set-up like desktop
computers and printers are the only available apparatus in the company.
c. There is no internship plan that was provided by the company.
d. For me, my strong point is that there are certain tasks in which I am able to
accomplish immediately. On the other hand, my weak points are having a little
knowledge on some details of an architectural plan in which I did not
encounter it or it was not clarified on my lessons in the school.
e. The best experience for me is the site visits because I got to see the actual
doings of the architectural plans. More learnings are also available at the site
because you can directly ask on something if you didn’t understand or have
zero knowledge about it that is why I chose it as my best experience.

2. Fortunately, I did not encounter any minor or major failures at the company.
3. Evidence of background preparation of trainees upon start of training (theory and manual
skills)
4. It was not easy at first to communicate with my co-workers but fortunately they were
very approachable and we get to share some of our personal stories in life.
5. My schedule is from Mondays to Fridays with a 9 am to 6 pm working hours. As you can
see in my time table, I am usually 1 hour or 30 minutes ahead before 9 am. I was never
late at the office not even once.
6. After I graduate, I would like to apply at the company for I am interested and I got a
grasp on how things work there. I would like to offer my commitment at the company.
7. I did not see nor heard to any personnel or co-workers that our school contacted our
company, but things were going okay when it comes to coordinating some files that the
school are asking for the company.

RECOMMENDATIONS
1. I see Wee Community Developers Incorporated as a potential company for a training
ground. There were accessible equipment’s yet it is not enough for everyone to be
accessed by because it is owned by a worker. The company personnel cooperate with us
especially whenever I ask a certain question and treats us well.
2. In my own opinion, the duration of the training is too short because there are more things
to be explored on the training.
3. No further revisions on the training program are proposed because the company did not
also provide.
