 The extent of a Solicitors duty in relation to reporting on information revealed by searches
 Lenders requirements relating to and the possible liability and obligations of property owners in respect of Japanese

 The Courts views on a buyer’s solicitors obligations in respect of verifying the identity of a seller

Session IV: CURRENT LEASEHOLD ISSUES by Richard Snape
