Jessica quickly developed relationships with the students in our Year Four class by showing an interest in getting to
know the personalities of each student and constantly looking for ways in which she can help them. The students very
much enjoyed and benefited from having Jessica in our classroom.

Jessica has excellent communication skills. She took time and care to plan how she was going to introduce an activity
to the students in order for them to fully comprehend the task ahead. She was also proactive in learning English words
that she had not yet come across (English is her second language) which was an excellent habit for the students to
witness.

Jessica was punctual each day and was happy to stay well into the afternoon if there was any tasks that needed
completing. She happily helped wherever possible and asked thoughtful questions to understand the reasoning of each
routine etc. She presented herself in a professional manner at all times.

Jessica thoughtfully planned and ran several whole class Christmas activities. She put a great deal of effort into the
way she was going to explain each task and was flexible to change when needed. She communicated the instructions
very effectively and fully engaged the students. Jessica also worked one-on-one with our EASL student with great
success.
