JUSTIFICATION

To whom it may concern:

Accommodation was incurred at Midtown Hotel on January 25-27, 2016 for the stay of the representatives
of NFRDI as one of the sponsors of the activity. Necessary documents were not filed before the activity
was conducted since these were finalized a week before the conference and the Budget Office cannot
approve the request due to insufficient funds.
This is to certify that it is urgently needed and that delay in the procurement thereof will be detrimental to
the conduct of the conference.
Hence this justification.
