Monthly Chapel Youth Coordinators Meeting

Minutes of the Meeting:

 The meeting formally starts at around 10:10 in the morning presided by the youth co-
coordinator Christian T. Fortunato.
 The meeting starts through an opening prayer headed by the co-coordinator.
 The first agenda of the meeting was the re-echoing of the agenda from the last meeting
held at the eve of January 30, 2019. The following are the said activity:
o Taize Prayer
o Archdiocesan Youth Encounter
o National Youth Day
o Finalization of the Calendar of Activities
o SADEC
o Laudato Si in Action
o Sunday School
o Proposed Fund Raising Activities

 Each detail of the proposed activities is thoroughly discussed to the Chapel Youth
Coordinators.
 After the re-echoing of the activities, the Mid-year Celebration to be held in the month of
August at Tacloban City was discussed.
 Then, the co-coordinator ask some suggestions and clarifications from the Chapel Youth
Coordinators about the agenda and the proposed activities.
 Then, Mr. Rufo Capacao, the Balugo 2 Youth Coordinator led the concluding prayer.
 The meeting ends at around 11:15 a.m.
