Se describe un método de análisis de fármacos de abuso de carácter ácido y neutro en plasma basado
en la purificación de las muestras con las minicolumnas de fase reversa Sep Pak C18. El residuo es
analizado por TLC empleando dos sistemas cromatográficos, seleccionados entre once sistemas
estudiados mediante la aplicación del poder discriminante. Asimismo, se ha intentado la identificación
mediante un sistema de representación cartesiana para los valores de Rf. 1DO de cada componente en
los sistemas escogidos, apoyado con la visualización al UV y reactivos reveladores (Mn04 K ácido, Van
Urk y Hg-DPC).
A method of analysis of drugs of abuse of acidid and neutral character in plasma based in the
purification of the ~amples with the cartidges Sep Pack C18 the phase reverse.
The residue is analysed by TLC employing two chromatographic systems selected amoung eleven
systems, studied by means the application of the discrimining power. Also, identification by means of
a system of the cartesian representation for the Rf. 1DO values of each component in the chosen system
hasving tried, helped by the visualization and the various sequences of spray reagents (Mn04 k
acidified, Van Urk y Hg-DPC).

Introducción
La detección y separación de fármacos de abuso
en plasma y otros materiales biológicos han sido estu-
diados por TLC desarrollándose numerosas técnicas
