Characters and Roles:

Light Yagami – He owns one of the DEATH NOTE, he is also known as “Kira”

Ryuzaki – He is one of the investigators who solves the crime, he is also known as “L”

Misa Amane – She also owns one of the DEATH NOTE, she is the second Kira or Kira’s
descendant

Ryuk-A god of death who loves apples

Rem- A soft God of death who protects Misa, he protects Misa for Jealous.

Jealous – Also a God of death that saves Misa from her death

Kiyomi Takada – Rem gave the DEATH NOTE to her, to executes Kira’s plan

Soichiro Yagami – Father of Light Yagami

Setting:

It showcase the part and culture of Japan

Theme:

Crime rate arises and the injustice of the people, Laws that didn’t applied effectively in our
society. So that the DEATH NOTE comes part of this story, Kira uses the DEATH NOTE to
attain justice.

Mood:

Suspenseful and exciting because of the unexpected unraveling of the truths, untangling knots
who is who.

Most Interesting Part:

The most interesting part for me is the execution of Kira and L’s plan on each other, I
mean how can you prove that who is who, when the person you want to set-up is working and in
front of you. But in the end, Kira failed to fulfill his mission because of Ryuk. Kira ask Ryuk to
write any names in the DEATH NOTE, unfortunately, Ryuk wrote Kira’s name which is “Light
Yagami”.

Part I don’t like:

There’s a line from the movie that I won’t forget. “Better plan comes with great
sacrifices”

Yes, it is true that better plan comes with great sacrifices, but sacrificing someone you love?
Seriously, I’m willing to sacrifice everything but not the one who raise me from my childhood.

Ending:

I will end the story by making this short Misa was lived peacefully, happy and can
celebrate Light birthday although Light was died. That’s how I end the story.

The L and Kira:

Yes, maybe it’s not that exactly the same situation but there is also had Kira in our society
because all people have different characteristics and behaviors.
