Mother Teresa

Leadership is the ability of a person to influence the opinion of a group

of individuals by persuasion, Leadership is the ability of a person to influence

the opinion of a group of individuals by persuasion and his purpose is to

achieve the interests of humans, because the leader has an impact on a group

so his roles will be multiple like; he is teacher, counselor, judge and a speaker.

A successful leader personality is social because he has the ability to deal with

others, the vision of the leader with his confidence, strength of his character

and his development help him to continue in leadership. On my journal I

choose mother Teresa because she is characterized by all the leading qualities.

Mother Teresa acquired the human qualities of her parents; her father

was loyal to his country and after his mysterious illness which led to death. In

the aftermath of her father's death, her relationship became strong with her

mother, her mother has instilled in her daughter mercy, although she is from

the middle class and does not have much money but she urged her daughter to

help people and participate in philanthropy. Mother Teresa committed herself

to the lives of poverty, chastity and obedience. (Mother Teresa, 2019)(Mother

At the age of 18, Mother Teresa joined a group of nuns with mission in

India, after completing her study and learning the origins of the nuns she

decide to devote herself to work among the poor people and help them and

that was after she received permission from her superiors. She has established

an open school for children, despite not having the money and she joined by

voluntary helpers. Through mother Teresa humanism she gained Indian

language and became spoken by her divorce, and she established charitable

associations and orphanages and allocated homes for the treatment of people

with serious and rare diseases. Mother Teresa has received a number of

Mother Teresa is an example of a leader to follow because her

spontaneous personality has bring together of mercy and love for all, despite

the need for money, she provided aid to country, which she does not belong to.

I see in her personality something like me; we share some qualities such as

weak kindness and help those who need us without a question, in her

childhood she felt the loss of the father, she tried to compensate those who

were orphans. he practiced teaching and speaking from a people whose

language is quite different from her language and she achieved her goal by

learning to communicate with others. In my opinion mother Teresa is a real

successful example of great leader to follow and I hope to be like her in her

personality, from mother Teresa life story I see that nothing going to let you

be a good leader like your personality, abilities and attitudes. No need for a

huge wealth to be leader you can do it just focus in your goal, try and read
