10.

That in case of any violation of any of the above mentioned terms and conditions the
LESSOR shall give a written notice to the LESSEE to settle the problem once and for all.
However if termination is required prior the expiration of this contract, the LESSOR shall send
prior notice to the LESSEE at least (30) days to vacate the said premises.
