Project: KAIR_IT_AFS-Implementation
Client Description: Fine Fair is a growing organization with ambitious plan to grow fast in to multiple
areas with backward and forward integration of the entire apparel value chain. Currently it has Retail
and manufacturing, however would like to expand in to additional capacity building in terms of demand
generation (Own Stores ,Franchisee formats, Branding and wholesale/distribution), and as well
fulfillment (manufacturing units with backward integration option). To meet its objective of rapid and
growth, it would like to implement an integrated state of the art ERP system for its operations and is
evaluating various products which could meet its requirement.

Responsibilities Worked as an Associate Consultant responsible for implementing SAP-SD
as Team Module.
Member Completed AS-IS process study & process mapping for SD.
