i) Cable Trench Layout with Section drawing upto Control room building with CR Panel position
: No input received from client as SCOPE of work

ii) ACDB and DCDB location within Control room building –Aux Power Supply –SCOPE of work
to be confirmed-No input : SLD , DC/Battery details , Battery Charger

iii) SCADA Architectural Diagram confirming Local HMI position within Control Room –SCOPE of
work not confirmed-No Input

iv) Complete Foundation layout with Tower and Equipment Foundation including Control Room
Building location: SCOPE not clear: No ref input

v) Complete GA drawing showing position of Control Room Building and Drawing : No Ref input
is there –SCOPE not clear

vi) Civil/Structure : No input ref for Tower/Girder drawings received- SCOPE not clear

vii) Earthing : SCOPE of work :No input received - TS with details not received

viii) Lightning protection SCOPE of work: No input received with Tender doc

ix) Lighting BOQ and TS- SCOPE of work is not confirmed with desired TS

x) Cable : Power and Control: BOM: To be confirmed with TS and Cable Trench layout
(Ref/approved drawing for estimating cable from equipment /Switch-yard to Control Building
/CR Panel position)

xi) PLCC : SCOPE is not clear: PLCC Block Diagram to be confirmed by client as ref input with
Line length and other end Wave Trap details.

xii) Bus Post Insulator: SCOPE is not confirmed here in BOQ sheet also. Client to confirm this
once again

xiii) Under Civil : Availability of standard with land clear demarcation to be confirmed by client
with applicable SCOPE of work. If any land issue’s are there i.e. land is not plain and having
water logging OR trees are there to cut before starting construction.

So all these extra cost to be consider for client approval first before starting actual
construction.

BOQ , TS and Drawing must have same technical details/data to avoid any confusion in
considering the actual technical particular.

All equipment TS to be clearly confirmed by client including its aux /component /part
drawing and GTP mainly like TRF, CB, CT, PT, ISO, LA, CVT, BPI

SCADA details scope to be confirmed with min block diagram for confirming TS, BOM and
Drawing.

xiv) 6.6kV SWBD–GTP is not complete (CT & PT details are missing) with recommendations from
client to make all O/G feeders should be floor mounted instead of trolley mounted
xv) 132kV Control and Relay panel – NO TS we have received for ordering to supplier
xvi) ACDB/DCDB – No SLD OR TS OR BOM is there with Tender Doc
xvii) Battery/Battery Charger – No BOM OR TS is there with Tender Doc
xviii) Fire Alarm: No clear SCOPE of work, received from client with Tender Doc
xix) Control Cable: No Clear SCOPE of work with TS received with Tender Doc
xx) Hardware clamp & connector: No ref drawing like EKD /Input received – we have to
develop it for BOM
xxi) Earthing: We have to develop Earthmat drawing in preparing BOM with ref value of soil
resistivity or BOM(40 mm dia MS Rod mainy with riser and equipment earthing strips)
xxii) Cable Quantity: Once we develop cable trench layout drawing then only we can prepare
approx cable quality required (Power and Control cable both)
xxiii) Illumination BOM: If no ref, we have to develop the same drawing followed by BOM
xxiv) SCADA BOM: If no drawing as input- we have to prepare overall network diagram,
