Turkey, under the rule of Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s Justice and Development Party (AKP), has
been providing money and weapons to militancy-linked Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) in Bangladesh as
well as the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA).

TURKISH MAQTAB SCHOOLS

Since 2017, Turkey has been operating religious schools, named maqtab (Arabic =
elementary Koranic schools, also known as madrassas), for the Bengali Muslims (known to
many by the recent political term ‘Rohingya’) who are refugees in Bangladesh refugee camps.
About 750,000 refugees are currently sheltered in the various refugee camps and the number
of children in those camps is over 300,000. Erdogan’s Turkish-funded maqtabs / madrassas
are indoctrinating religious hatred and jihad into the minds of these kids, thus turning them
into future jihadists. While Bangladesh authorities are
extremely vigilant on the activities of foreign NGOs operating in
the refugee camps, teachers from Turkey are tactfully
brainwashing the children by narrating stories of heaven and
hell, imprinting upon the children how special a Muslim martyr
is in the eyes of Allah, and indoctrinating the children with
intolerance and hatred of the ‘infidel enemies of Allah’ who are
‘defaming and attempting to eradicate Islam’.

A NEW FALSE HISTORY

The children are taught that the ‘persecuted Muslims’ can return to their ‘ancestral land’ only
when the ‘un-Islamic idol-worshipping infidel Buddhists’ are defeated by the Mujahids (Arabic
= warriors for Islam - a term for all militant / terrorist Islamic groups, of which ARSA is the
latest in the area.) Of course, the children will learn nothing of the Buddhist, Hindu, and many
ethnic minority tribal people who are the actual people of the land - who have no other
homeland. They will be taught nothing of the great Buddhist Kingdom of Arakan, and the
profuse archeological evidence throughout the land, nor will they be
taught anything real about their own Bengal history, such as the
zenith of Bengal culture under the Pala Buddhist Empire from the
8th - 12th centuries. They will not be learning anything about
respect, responsibility, tolerance, and compassion, but they will
learn that all idol worshipping infidels should be driven out or killed
in this land, and all statues of Buddha, Krishna, Vishnu, Ganesh,
etc, should be smashed and destroyed - because only their Muslim
beliefs are valid.

Meanwhile, formal education is banned for the children in the refugee camps by Bangladesh
policy. Schools in the refugee camps are not permitted to teach Bengali language to the
Bengali speaking children, whose parents speak Bengali language almost exclusively.
Instead, they are taught Burmese language! One can only imagine how the children, who are
always taught to hate the ‘un-Islamic idol-worshipping infidel Buddhists’, would have any
desire to learn a language of a people that they are taught to hate and kill - in the name of
Allah. Also, while the children cannot learn the language of their families and their culture they
may be learning Arabic language in the madrassa schools - a useless language for anything
practical for their future livelihood, but another nail in the coffin of their brainwashing.

ERDOGAN’S NEXUS WITH JI AND ARSA

As part of his ambition of emerging as the neo-Sultan of the Muslim world, Recep Tayyip
Erdogan is not only collaborating with Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), but he also has been giving funds
and logistic support to the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA).

According to a report by Abha Shankar, which has been published in Blitz, “Turkey’s strong
backing of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) has been extensively catalogued, but not much has
been written about the country’s support for the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), the Brotherhood’s
ideological cousin in South Asia.”

JI’s role in advancing the Islamist agenda of Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party
(AKP) was highlighted by a senior aide to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a video
interview last year. JI and the MB are “soft power proxies” that helped bolster Turkey’s role as
leader of a global caliphate “defending oppressed and victimized Muslims,” Yasin Atkay told
the pro-government Hilal TV.”

She further wrote, “JI’s leadership also openly applauds Turkey’s Islamist leader and regime.
After Erdogan was reelected president in June, for instance, JI Pakistan chief Siraj ul Haq
called him “a great leader of the Muslim world.” Another JI leader described Turkey as “the
hope of the Ummah [world community of Muslims].”

“Turkey, under the Islamist AKP, has become a key sponsor of JI affiliated organizations in
Bangladesh and Pakistan.” Yasin Atkay furthered.

Ankara-based Turkish charity Cansuyu Yardimlasma ve Dayanisma Dernegi (Cansuyu

Charity and Solidarity Association / CANSUYU) is a United Nations High Commissioner for
Refugees (UNHCR) partner organization and funds projects in Gaza, Syria, Pakistan,
Myanmar's Rakhine State, as well as several African countries. It frequently receives visitors
who are prominent Islamists and former leaders of militant groups. For example, an undated
photo (which I could not find) shows Muhammad Yunus, founder of the terrorist group
Rohingya Solidarity Organization (RSO), visiting CANSUYU's Istanbul branch. RSO, a bitter
rival of ARSA, also reportedly has ties to Islamist and terrorist groups that seek to advance
jihad in the region.

 THE ‘GOLDEN HORSESHOE CALIPHATE’

The ‘Golden Horseshoe Caliphate' spans from the western side of Indonesia to include
Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka, all connected by
land and water through the Andaman Sea, Bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean. Additional
countries on the eastern side, including Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, have not yet been
infiltrated by Islamic jihadis at the same levels. The vast majority of Muslims in the Golden
Horseshoe Caliphate are Sunnis, having learned about and accepted Islam through trade,
trickery, and conquest, while the other predominant religions are Hinduism and Theravada
Buddhism, both of which are the more widespread ancient religions of the region, and whose
core teachings reflect peace and tolerance by any interpretation. Also, there are smaller
populations of Christians, and localized ethnic religions in the region.

ISIS - JAMAAT-E-ISLAMI - ARSA / RSO NEXUS PLOTTING INCREASING

TERROR ATTACKS IN SOUTH ASIAN COUNTRIES

A newly-formed nexus between Islamic State (ISIS), Jamaat e Islami (JI) and Arakan
Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) is secretly plotting a series of terrorist attacks in
Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Nepal and Myanmar.

Although until recently, Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) was known as a Myanmar-
based Islamist terror outfit, latest information reveals that this group already is linked with
Islamic State (ISIS), Taliban, Al-Qaeda, and Islamic terrorist groups in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh,
India, and Pakistan. Intelligence agencies have tapped phone calls between ARSA leaders in
the Myanmar Bangladesh border areas and ISIS leaders in Syria and Iraq. Numerous
captured militants have revealed disturbing links with many dangerous groups. Recent
attacks in January 2019 against Buddhists, such as the killing of two monks at a temple in
Thailand, ambush attacks against Myanmar Police in Rakhine State, or the smashing of
statues from a Hindu temple in India, show a heightened level of daily regional jihadist activity.
In Rakhine State, Myanmar, the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) is waging a land-
grab jihad masterminded by Pakistani spy agency Inter Service Intelligence (ISI), with Saudi
support, through a Pakistan-born Saudi imam, Ata Ullah. The war on terror in Asia has literally
become an all-out war in the countries of the ‘Golden Horseshoe Caliphate’.

DANGEROUS NETWORK OF JIHADISTS AND TERRORISTS

Under the directives of Pakistani spy agency Inter Service Intelligence (ISI) and the
supervision of Jamaat e Islami (JI), cash and weapons are being secretly supplied to several
jihadist and terrorist outfits in South Asia with notorious agendas. In India, cash and weapons
are regularly going to the members of Kashmir-based Islamist militancy groups and the
country’s northeastern state-based United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA).
In Nepal, terror assistance is reaching an active group of terrorists named Nepal People’s
Army (PLA), National Defense Army (NDA) and Terai Army. Additionally, jihadist and terrorist
groups hiding in Nepal also are amongst the recipients of such support.

 BANGLADESH GOVERNMENT UNDER THREAT,
NARCO-TERRORISM

The Bangladesh government is facing a rise of jihadist activity from powerful jihadist factions
such as Al Qaeda-linked Ansar Al Islam (AAI) and ISIS-linked Jamaatul Mujahedin
Bangladesh (JMB) inside the country. Since August 2018, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has taken
control of production and sale of Yaba pills (methamphetamines) in Myanmar and selling
these narcotics through a network of drug dealers inside Bangladesh. The drug smugglers
are largely the Bengali Muslims (‘Rohingya’) mostly working for ARSA. According to
information, although the illegal trade of Yaba was earlier controlled by leaders of ruling
Awami League, the control of this trade gradually now is going into the grips of JI cadres as
well as members of other jihadist outfits in Bangladesh.

Each month, Yaba pills worth US$ 20-25 million are smuggled inside Bangladesh mainly
through the Bangladesh-Myanmar border. Members of Jamaat-e-Islami are handling such
huge trade by establishing secret distribution centers within Chittagong division while ARSA
men are coordinating the smuggling from Myanmar.

 ILLEGAL DRUG MONEY FUELING JIHADIST ACTIVITIES

Cash proceeds of Yaba pills trade are secretly handed over to Pakistani ISI by JI men in
Bangladesh which is subsequently used in buying arms and explosives for ARSA and other
jihadist outfits in Bangladesh. Similar methods are also followed in other South Asian nations
such as India, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal. With the help of Jamaat-e-Islami, ISIS has
been very successfully expanding its nefarious reach and its network within the ‘Golden
Horseshoe Caliphate’.

CIRCULATION OF COUNTERFEIT INDIAN RUPEES

Through the jihadist and terrorist groups inside

India, Pakistani spy agency Inter Service
Intelligence (ISI) has been circulating hundreds of
millions of counterfeit Indian currency bills with the
agenda of destroying the country’s economy.

According to credible information, ISI has been

producing counterfeit Indian currency bills inside the
security printing press in Pakistan, which later is
pushed into India through several routes.

Members of Lashkar e Taiba (LeT), ARSA, Ansar Al

Islam, ULFA etc are actively involved in working with
ISI is spreading such huge volume of counterfeit money through its networks inside India.
