I. IMPLEMENTATION PURPOSE & REQUIREMENTS:
Huawei are required to keep an inventory of all hardware that will be removed or dismantled
from site and forwarded to the Huawei warehouse.
Huawei shall provide a list of equipment to be redeployed, Back to warehouse XL & Huawei per
site basis, and record by ISDP SQC – EATP Dismantle
Huawei will dismantle and clean up Huawei Equipment material
Huawei will ensure and secure all dismantled equipment is complete and in proper working
order for redeployment (where required), and can be utilized in the future.
This section describes the safety precautions you must take before dismantling
equipment.
To ensure safety of humans and the equipment, pay attention to the safety symbols
on the equipment and all the safety instructions in this document.
The "NOTE", "CAUTION", and "WARNING" marks in other documents do not
represent all the safety instructions. They are only supplements to the safety
instructions.
Installation and maintenance personnel must understand basic safety precautions to
avoid hazards.
2.2. General Requirement
To minimize risk of personal injury and damage to equipment, read and follow all the
precautions in this document before performing any installation or maintenance.
Ensure that the instructions provided in this document are followed completely. This
section also provides guidelines for selecting the measuring and testing devices.
2.3. Human Safety
Do not operate the device or cables during lightning strikes.
At least two persons are required to lift the chassis. When lifting it, keep your back
straight and move stably.
Do not wear jewelry or watches when you operate the device.

2.4. Safety Briefing before Work
Team Leader must hold a site installation tools box talk with engineers or technician in
site, the Team leader must fully explain all of the work activities and all engineers or
technician informed of their individual roles & responsibilities be clearly defined.
Engineer or technicians of the team are to be briefed in the first aid and site accident
procedures and be made fully aware of the contact call numbers in case of any incidents,
all near misses are to be recorded and reported as they occur.

Safety Briefing contents:
Step by step dismantled equipment.
Visual checking analysis of tower or structure condition, the site structure must be in a
safe and fit for purpose condition and safe from other dangers such as animals such as
large spiders, snakes, bees, monkeys etc.
III. SUPPORT DOCUMENT
The supporting documents that must be learning and bring to site by installer’s team are:
1. Work Permit (Huawei and TP) name of team member must same with work
Permit.
2. MOP Dismantle.
3. EHS Document (JSA : Job safety Analysis)
4. Etc, if any
Please prepare tools before dismantle, this below are tools mandatory for Dismantle.

VI. Step By Step Dismantled Process
6.1. Dismantled Huawei Equipment RRU, Antenna, Feeder & Mounting.
Step by Dismantled Equipment RRU, Antenna, Feeder & Mounting :
Ensure the pulley blocks are secured firmly and correctly in the Leg Tower.
No member below the equipment Huawei , communicate well with rope controller.
Lift slowly and stop slowly under control at all times, follow the lift & climb as it rises.
