This Extra Judicial Settlement made and entered into by and between:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 12th day of March 2018 by and among:

CLARABELITA E. CLEMENTE, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residence and postal
address at Cabatuan, Isabela;

CHARIBELLA E. EMPEÑO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residence and postal
address at United Bayanihan San Pedro Laguna;

SALUSTINA G. APOLINARIO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residence and postal
address at Lunsad Binangonan Rizal;

CECILIA E. CURAMMENG, of legal age, Filipino, widowed, and with residence and postal
address at Dumanasi, Diffun, Quirino;

JESSICA MAE E. OLINDO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with residence and postal address
at Dumanisi, Diffun, Quirino;

WITNESSETH:

THAT all of the above named parties, are the legitimate and surviving children of the
late TRINIDAD VILLANUEVA;

THAT said deceased died without any will or testament and without any outstanding
debts in favor of any person or entity;

THAT said deceased, at the time of his death, left a certain real property, situated in
Alicia, Isabela and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Technical Description

A Parcel of land (Lot B-2 of the subd. Plan (LRC) Psd-42611 being a portion of Lot B,
(LRC)Psd-45060, LRC R c. No. H. Pat.), situated in the Barrio of Callao, Municipality of Alicia,
Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., points 4 to 1 by Lot A, (LRC) Psd-
45060; on the E., points 1 to 2 by Lot B-1 of the subd. plan; on the S., points 2 to 3 by Lot C,
(LRC)Psd-45060; and on the W., points 2 to 4 by lot B-3 of the subd. plan. Containing an area
of One Thousand (1,000) Sq.m. more or less.

Of which property is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-97875 issued from the
Land Registry of Isabela;

That to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto the said deceased
eft no debts;

That a true copy of this Extra Judicial Settlement had been published in a newspaper
as certified by the publisher Annex “A”;

That parties hereto being all of legal age, with full civil capacity to enter into a
contract , hereby these present agree to divide, adjudicate among themselves as they hereby
adjudicate and divided among themselves the above described parcel of land;
