Check arrivals of next day for complete reservation , arrivals and departures
Check for pending guest requests and complaints
Check and ensure that all positions are manned
Lobby Lights and cleanliness,
Bell desk is clean and welcome drink station.
Check lobby guest cloak room
Ensure that the Lobby and Lounge piped Music is on and at the right volume.
Count the Front Office Float and note discrepancies

F & B SERVICE:
Check for service flow, lighting, overall cleanliness, Entertainment and maintenance.-

Check Breakfast room and ensure all service is available

Overall Kitchen cleanliness; -

Staff adherance to health and safety
BACK OFFICES: Later in the night
Minimum lighting level in all corridors.

POOLSIDE: Both pool areas


Pool Beds all arranged in order and non has torn cushion covers
Pool lights working (B Shift)
No soiled towel and area around the pool is clean

Gas area clean and free of accidents prone objects –


Check Garbage area for cleanliness and free of smell
Check the water tank
Reconfirm Generator fuel levels with R&M
Check the Waste treatment plant area and ensure there is no foul smell
With the duty R/M check the fire fighting installationa nd ensure everything is ok
Check all Retail area and ensure lighting is proper or switched off if day
Check all the stair case and ensure nothing is kept under
check all fire escape and ensure nothing is on the way.
Check all staff and ensure that they are all in uniform and name tags.
