Sub: Legal notice under section 8 of Hindu Succession Act of
1956 for partition of the schedule property into five shares and
allot one such separated share to our clients – Rg.
Under the instructions of on behalf of our clients 1. Smt.
Thatigutla Tulasamma W/o. Raja Subba Reddy, 2.Sri Thatigutla
Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy S/o.late Raja Subba Reddy and 3
Smt.N.Naline Devi W/o. Ramamohan Reddy and daughter of late
Raja Subba Reddy, all are residing at Kondavandlapalle village &
post, Ramapuram Mandal, Kadapa district, we herely issue this
legal notice to you with the following facts.

1. The schedule properties are ancestral properties of joint
family of our clients and you Nos 1 to 8. The father-in-law of our
first client and paternal grant father of our second and third clients
named Thatigutla Chinnapa Reddy was blessed with five sons and
two daughters and that the names of his five sons are 1.T.Eswara
Reddy (died), 2.T.Bala Krishana Reddy (died), 3.Raja Subba Reddy
(died) being the husband of our first client and father of our
second and third clients, 4.T.Divakar Reddy and 5. T.Sada Siva
Reddy and that the names of daughters are 1.Smt.Eswaramma and
2.Smt.Rama Subbamma. The said Thatigutla Chinnapa Reddy
performed the marriages of his five sons and 2 daughters during

his life time prior to 1970 year and died during 1987 year by
leaving the undivided schedule joint family properties to his five
sons.
2. The first sons of Thatigutla Chinnapa Reddy named
Eswara Reddy was blessed with three sons named 1.T.Narasimha
Reddy, 2.Sreenivasa Reddy and 3.Narayana Reddy and that Eswara
Reddy died during 2009 by leaving his undivided 1/5 share in the
schedule property to his three sons. The second son of T.Chinnapa
Reddy named Bala Krishnama Reddy was blessed with four
daughters named 1.Smt.P.Renuka Vana Jyoshna, 2. Smt.Radhika,
3.Smt.Y.Rohini and 4.Smt.P.Yamini Suryakala and that Bala
Krishana Reddy died during 2010 year by leaving his undivided 1/5
share in the joint family properties. The third son of Thatigutla
Chinnapa Reddy named T.Raja Subba Reddy was blessed with one
son and one daughter named Thatigutla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy and
daughter named Smt.N.Nalinee Devi who are our second and third
clients in this legal notice and that T.Raja Subba Reddy died during
2012 by leaving his undivided 1/5 share in this joint family
properties to his wife Smt.Tulasamma and his only son T.Vijaya
Bhasakar Reddy and his only daughter Smt. N.Nalini Devi who are
our clients 1 to 3 in this legal notice. The fourth son of T.Chinnapa
Reddy named Divakar Reddy and his fifth named T.Sada Siva
Reddy are enjoying their 1/5 and 1/5 joint share in the joint family
properties with other member’s Hindu joint family as coparceners
in Hindu joint family coparcenary properties shown in the schedule
of this legal notice. You Nos 1 to 8 and my clients constitute
members of Hindu joint family.
3. Firstly the first son of Chinnapa Reddy named Eswara
Reddy was managing the joint family properties after death of his
father in 1987 upto his death in 2009. Later the fourth son of
Chinnapa Reddy named Divakar Reddy has been managing the
joint family properties from 2009 year upto now. The fifth son of
Chinnapa Reddy named T.Sada Siva Reddy used to support Divakar

Reddy being the Karta of joint family with regard to agricultural
operations, crops etc, from 2009 upto now. The joint family
properties shown in the schedule is being enjoyed jointly by all the
members of joint family as joint owners for the last so many years
upto now.
4. The schedule properties are not partitioned previously
upto now. Our clients 1 to 3 are the surviving legal representatives
of the deceased Thatigutla Raja Subba Reddy are legally entitled
for 1/5 share in the schedule properties. There is miss-
management and improper accounting and wastage of joint family
properties and joint properties income have been warranting our
clients to seek partition of the schedule properties into five shares
and allot one such separated share to our clients. Our clients are
feeling that there is no safe and good to sustain loss and injustice
by remaining joint in the joint family. So our clients are demanding
you to partition the schedule properties into five shares and allot
one such separated share to our clients. Our clients submit that
you No: 1 to 8 are having lot of political influence, and money
power and that you are going to use your criminal force against
our clients and that our clients are feeling that there is threat of
danger and to the lives of our clients and that our clients are going
to take appropriate criminal action against you, if you cause any
loss and any danger to the lives of our clients by holding you liable
for costs and consequences.
5. Therefore you Nos 1 to 8 please take this legal notice
and that you are all requested to partition the schedule properties
into five shares and allot one such separated share to our clients
within 20 days. Otherwise our clients are forced to file civil suit
against you Nos 1 to 8 in the court of law by holding you liable for
costs and consequences.
