1. The E.P is unjust and not maintainable either in law or on facts.

2. The petitioner is put strict proof on all the allegations made in

affidavit which are not expressly admitted herein by these Respondents.

3. The respondents are not liable to be as arrested as prayed for

by the petitioner in this E.P, since the respondents have no independent
source of income and sufficient means to pay this E.P amount to the
petitioner and that J.Drs 1 and 2 are aged persons and senior citizens
who are not to be arrested. The respondents 1 to 3 filed E.P No.9/2018 in
O.S No.1/2014 in this Honorable court for realization of Rs.2,58,82,728/-
from the J.Drs named Sudhakr, Subba Rachaiah, Venkatrami Reddy and
Venkata Narayana Reddy who are working as Government teachers in
Government schools and drawing fat salaries.

4. The respondents submit that the petitioner can take his E.P
amount from E.P No.9/2018 amount of Rs.2,58,82,728/- from this
Honourable court which E.P No.9/2018 I is pending in the Honourable
court and posted for counter of said four J.Drs in this Honorable court to
05-10-2018.

5. Hence the respondents pray that the Honourable court may

be pleased to dismiss this E.P in the interests of Justice.

The above stated facts are verified and those facts are true and
correct to the best of our knowledge, information, and belief and signed
this at Rayachoty on 5th Day of October 2018.
