Energy Management

 Deployment & maintenance of UPS and Inverters Systems for ATMS:

Logistics and Inventory

 Manage the Bank’s assets in liaison with the Financial Management team as regards transfers, disposal and
reclassification.
 Manage and coordinate the stores and inventory requisition.
 Develop and implement inventory control procedures in line with best practice.
 Manage and coordinate courier logistics within the bank network (covering 274 locations)
 Manage and supervise the entire process of procurement of the vehicle requirements of the bank (both pool and
status cars) as pre-budgeted for and approved
 Manage the efficient utilisation of vehicles bank wide by allotment to branches and direct supervision of vehicles
in Head Office Pool.
 Arrange for regular and ready provision of fuel and efficient and judicious utilisation of petrol for the logistic
requirements of Head Office units.

 Initiated facility management process through computerised maintenace management system (CMMS).This lead
to reduction of power down-time by 100% in 2011
 Established complete program tracking and control. Company could not assess status or financial health of ongoing
