• Conducting economic analysis to estimate benefits, costs, and unintended consequences
of several financial auditing standards that the PCAOB adopted
• Presenting at Board meetings to inform the PCAOB Board about our cost-benefit
analysis and to receive the Board’s feedback
• Presenting at the Office of the Chief Accountant (at SEC) meetings to coordinate
interagency efforts
• Co-authoring a research paper with two academics from Stanford University and exam-
