Accountant –
As Accountant for REC responsibilities include but not limited to:
a) Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll – inputting employee hours, processing checks,
filing weekly taxes to the state and federal government, quarterly payments and reports, W-
4’s, W-2’s
b) General Ledger and compilation of reports to keep management abreast with company
expenditures and revenue.
c) Compiling quarterly and end of year reports to assist outside accounting firm with Corporate
and Individual tax returns
d) Forecasting of revenue and expenditures for upcoming year to include cost accounting
e) Invoiced customers for product
f) Submitted C of C’s to customers as required
Senior Resource Manager –
a) Responsible for purchasing all materials needed for production builds
b) Contacting approved vendors to obtain best pricing and lead time on product to ensure that
quality and conformity is met
c) Ensuring all C of C’s were correct with incoming materials
Inventory Control/Shipping and Receiving –
a) Kept customer inventory records updated to ensure that their product was in production on
scheduled dates.
b) In charge of receiving in and shipping out of customer product. Contact trucking firms to
schedule pick-ups
Production Manager-
a) In charge of scheduling production runs, scheduling employees work shifts and hours
