I Will Tell You About My Services Mental Nursing Activities Last Year At
Padang

My name is Arum Ardila. I am a nursing student

from riau health polytechnic. In October 2018, When I
went to padang city for mental nursing services at Prof.
HB SAANIN hospital. During mental nursing services
there, group students will provide health education abaout
mental helath problems to patient and their families who
treatment in poly. Before I deliver the material, I feel
nervous and scared.but, I say to myself “ If I don’t dare to
do it, I will regret that “. After ending giving health
education, I feel happy, because I can provide information
about mental health problems.

When the weekend, me and my friends went to Air

Manis beach in the city of padang, for fun and also to
reduce stress because there are many mental nursing
service report. When I arrived at the beach, I heard the
sound of the waves sweeping over the shore and I also
felt the fresh air dan not to strong winds. when on the
beach, my friends and I play water and take pictures to
capture this beautiful moments.

I Will Tell You About My Daily Activities Today

Today is February 3, 2019 at 09.00, me

and my friends went to eat after retruning
from a car-free day. Me and my friens ordered
grilled tilapia. One of my friends say to me
that here grilled tilapia is really good and that
is right. Me and my friends started eating our
onw dishes and start telling stories about the
past and present happily.

Today is February 3, 2019 at 5 : 30

P.m, I went to the minimarket with my friend.
When at the minimarket, I saw many
headbands beautiful. There is one I like to, but
I confused choosing between gray or pink.
After I asked for advice from my friend,
finally I chose pink.
