CARD, VEHICLE AND STUDENT “DEBT”

NOTE:

1. Collections will be swifter and more efficient if we filed 100 such claims at any one

4. Every airport, shopping mall, street, highway, byway, freeway, ranch, orchard, house,

land WITHOUT the usucapion permission, approval and consent of Indigenous Tribes
which is why the settler state swiftly issued land tiles in the first place. Indigenous
People did not believe in private ownership of land as the European concept does.

1. The Native American Law and Justice Centre (NALJC) will purchase your
alleged debt for a one-time fee of USD3,000.00 if your alleged debt is below
USD50,000.00. If the debt is more than $50,000 but less than $100,000, the fee is
$7,500.00; if the debt exceeds $100,000 he flat fee is $25,000.00.

2. NALJC then notifies the creditor that the alleged debt has been purchased, and
that the contract between the creditor and the alleged debtor is terminated. In
other words, they should quit bothering you with collection calls.

3. NALJC thereafter sends the creditor the USUFRUCT LEVY NOTICE

demanding the payment of the difference between the debt and unpaid rents for
the land upon which they set up shop since the time the first Europeans settled
in Indigenous Peoples lands. This unpaid rent ought to be paid by the creditor to
the Indigenous Peoples Tribes. There is no escape clause or exit strategy for this
bad business deal the first Europeans and their descendants imposed on
Indigenous Peoples.

4. You the alleged debtor will now walk away from any and all obligations and still
generate revenue for the Indigenous Tribes who may offer you a substantial
donation.
