The success of organization depends on the staffing, but leaders is not aware of the staffing

values. In every organization the staffing procedures varies, but the process may not be optimally

used. (Sultana & Razi, 2012). It is observed that an organization providing good working space,

proper selection and recruitment, development and training practices, and belongingness truly

affects worker’s performance. A need of separate human resource department is recommended to

apply staffing procedures more effective (Maih, 2015). The staffing procedure is can be very

important in implementing strategies in an organization, perceptions regarding to these field may

improve if added by more empirical case studies. Conceptual models that draws a line on staffing

procedures and present framework model may give light to the problem. (Hausknecht & Wright,

2012). Depending on the employees and well guided recruitment, the organization’s capability to

improve its employee’s performance significantly and it is considered that its employees is its

strength or weakness (Oaya, Ogbu, & Remilekun, 2017).
