SPS. JUVELYN ENOC SALIGAN AND MARIO COLOT SALIGAN, both of legal
age, Filipino, married and resident of Brgy. Cubacub Mandaue City, as
consideration for the purchased of a portion of certain parcel of land located at
Lot No. 1737-B-2-A-2, PSD-07-102433 situated at Brgy. Cubacub Mandaue City
covered by TCT No. T-111-201700465 with an area of Fifty One (51) Square
meters, more or less.
