    Dear Blue Valentine, Scarlet Snow, and Red Sparrow,

    This letter is to inform you that your lessor, Apple Corporation, sold the
    leased premises comprising a house and lot which you are currently occupying to
    Orange Corporation last 1 February 2008.

    Please be advised that the monthly rentals for the remaining period of your
    lease agreement with Apple Corporation, starting from 1 February 2008, shall be
    forwarded to your new lessor, Orange Corporation, through the latter’s agent or
    authorized representative.
