6. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the Application, without
assigning any reasons thereof.
7. The filled applications shall be received online on above mentioned MMRDA official E-
Tendering portal.
8. Consultant should upload scanned attested photocopies of all documents on above
mentioned MMRDA official E-Tendering portal & produce in original on request by
MMRDA at any stage.
9. This empanelment will be valid up to next 3 years or Up to the further orders from
Competent Authority.
10. The Consultant who is applying for bridge work shall be eligible for road consultancy in
the corresponding class hence; they need not to apply for road consultancy work.
11. The consultancy done only for preparation of DPR and tendering its experience will be
considered as half of the DPR amount.
12. The minimum qualification criteria for empanelment is as follows :

13. For Category –V, the Person/ Firm having minimum Master Degree in Structure/
Transportation/Soil shall be applied, however they should have minimum 5 Years
experience of handling Project independently.
14. A statement showing names of partners, Directors, etc. of the firm with complete
address of each should be uploaded to above mentioned MMRDA official E-Tendering
portal and authorized person on the behalf of firm who will sign e-tender using digital
signature certificate.
15. Emplaned Consultant firms shall have to submit signed copy of application along with
attachments to the department after intimation.
16. The Consultancy firm, who are already Empanelled, need not to apply for 2nd list.
17. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 08/05/2018 at 11.30 am.
18. If there is any amendment or change in the application form the same shall be notified
on following MMRDA’s official e-Tender portals / website :
