Approval of the 2018/2019 Cullman City Head Start 1.77% COLA Supplemental ‘Application in the amount of $17,100 C. Proposed approval of the following new Head Start Policies and Procedures. Permission to contract with Amanda Tanner during the summer of 2019 to assist with Kindergarten placement, Title One Continuing Improvement Plan, and professional development at Cullman City Primary School (Title One Funds) Permission to contract with Tera Cabri during the summer of 2019 to help develop and update TITLE 1 Plan, conduct kindergarten screenings and placement at Cullman City Primary School (TITLE Funds) J. Permission to contract with Julie Murphree, Ann Davis, and Sabrina Yarbrough to strip, wax and buff the floors at Central Office during the summer of 2019 N. Personnel Considerations: 1, Resignation: a. Matt Plunkett, teacher, effective February 4, 2019 2. Leave of Absence: a. Kristen Brown, Kindergarten teacher at Cullman City Primary School, requests maternity leave beginning approximately April 8, 2019 - January 3, 2020 b. Cheryl Potter, Speech Language Pathologist at Cullman City Primary School, requests an unpaid leave of absence for May 21-24, 2019 ¢. Jordan Harris, first grade teacher at Cullman City Primary School, requests unpaid leave for February 22, 2019 3. Employments: Conditional Employment under the terms of the Child Protection Act of 1999, Act No. 2002-457, and pending certification, as applicable. a. Teresa Moore Powers, temporary instructional assistant at West Elementary School (to fill a leave of absence) beginning January 7, 2019 - May 14, 2019 (JV 18-085) b.
