I. Reports that they want to generate:

1. Table for patient, test exams for such patient and the amount of the patient and the
total of the entire patients of that particular selected date:

II. Test request


1. They want to individualize the test FBS/RBS/2HPPBS and be entered in this
manner:

2. Price of the 2DE Plain is to be changed from 3000 to 2, 700.00 pesos only.

4. In the encoding of results for urinalysis, they want that they will only select like
having the cursor and just click their choices in the following fields:

III. They also want to add an item for invoice (urine collector, double copy) this are not
laboratory test, they just want to add this to the invoice so that it will reflect in the
reports of their sales.
IV. Wrong entries in the invoice of test or packages, they want to have a means to edit
the entries of invoicing just in case they have mistaken entries of it. Can we have the
admin account to have access in deleting entries or not really delete but just void
the entry, it is still there considered as void and not included in the sales report for
purposes of income since they are wrong entries.
V. Concerns in the encoding of new patients, they requested if possible that upon
adding new patients and upon pressing the “enter key”, it would then be available
for requesting or clicking the test already. As of the current flow, after entering the
patient, the user will again click the new invoice, then search patient then click the
patient name then upon such time only that they can click the test. They want to
shorten the flow as much as possible.
