ROUTINE: checking of attendance, school uniform/ID,
cleanliness of classroom, other reminders
AGREE/DISAGREE. Students indicate whether they
agree or disagree to the statements given by the
teacher. The statements revolve around the previous
lessons discussed.
*Teacher encourages students’ participation. Teachers
makes clarifications.
THINK-PAIR-SHARE. Teacher poses a question to the
students: Why is page design a huge factor in the
overall look of a paper? Students are then asked to
share with their partner their ideas; then, at least three
will share to the class.
*Teacher allows students to ask questions and
clarifications.
MILL AROUND: In groups, students move around the
classroom starting with their assigned stations. They will
then write their ideas/views about the prompts written
on cartolinas.
*Teacher provides equal opportunities to all students
to write on the cartolinas.
QUAKER MEETING. Still in groups, students highlight the
