SEE ATTACHMENT A & 8 SEE REVERSE SIDE FOR REQUIRED DETAILS & SIGNATURE DETAILS OF COMPLAINT: Since the 019 with your office, Mr. Klayman continues to threaten and harass me via telephone and email, demanding that | cof my complaint onwithdrew my complaint with the DC. Despite the fact that | have consulted with my legal Counsel (who may likely be a witness in your investigation) as well as my Federal Probation Officer, Mr. Klayman is falsely accusing me of being in violation of the terms of my plea agreerr and judgement. | believe that he is doing this in direct retaliation for my filing the complaint against him with the ODC. | have not responded to Mr. Klayman’s threats, 1) Mr. Klayman is not only threatening legal action against me by falsely accusing me of fling my complaint for personal benefit or financial gain, he is threatening to make false accusations to my Probation Officer for the purposes of having me re-incarcerated for “violating the terms of my probation.” My Federal Probation Officer as well as my attomey have both been informed that | have filed a complaint against Mr. Klayman. Additionally, | have consulted with my Federal Probation Officer regarding my contact with Mr. Roger Stone, a fellow journalist who was recently indicted/accused, arrested and is pending trial. Since Mr. Stone has only been charged & presumed innocent, my attomey and probation officer agree that | would not be in violation of any of the the terms of my probation if | maintain contact with Mr. Stone. 2) n addition to being a Defendant in a very high profile case, | am a journalist, In fact, my journalism is the core reason why | was indicted in the first place. For my personal protection, and for the purposes of informing the public about Mr. Klayman’s misconduct in this high profile case, | published my complaint on my website. Based on Mr. Klayman’s past history of filing frivolous lawsuits and issuing threatening correspondence to his adversaries, | wanted to be as transparent as possible as | navigate through this complaint process. In fact, | have learned so much about Mr. Klayman's past unethical conduct, | predicted he would proceed by threatening me in retaliation for filing a complaint against him, 3) | believe Mr. Klayman is attempting to prevent me, also 2s a member of the press, from informing the public about his misconduct. | also believe he is attempting to prevent me from informing the public about the allegations against him through threats and intimidation against me; for the purposes of concealing his alleged misconduct & malpractice.
