Respected Sir,

With all due respect this is to apprise you of the first Alumni Meet of our University which is
being organized on 17​th and 18​th March, 2018 in which alumni from previous all the batches
are invited. The event is expected to have footfall of more than 100 people for whom formal
dinner is to be arranged at the Flag hoisting ground.

Therefore we kindly request you to Flag hoisting ground for two days i.e. 17​th and 18​th March,
2018.
