To Whom It May Concern,

Requesting for Full Refund of TRA and TR90

Regarding to the above, I’m Esther NgoiSikEng, ID MY4029437 are looking forward for a favorable from
your side as the TRA has been taken partially and hope to have refund on it. Besides, TR90 is still in 100%
good condition, this is as a rolling stock. (Invoices are attached together)

However, the urgency for my customer to consume ageLOC R2 is much priority. Hence, I hope to have a
full refund for TR90, whereby the amount will be only RM4,400 ( on promotion) to replace with the new
purchase of ageLOC R2, (RM4,800).

This is due to one of the close relative are suffering with illness, where she needed ageLOC R2 more than
I need the TRA. She is elderly and will definitely consume ageLOC R2 to improve her health problem. So, I
hope it could save one lovely life and spread the loves to everyone especially with your kind approval.

Besides, I will attached the invoice for the purchased of ageLOC R2 to prove it after approval from your
side.

Hope you can make a brilliant decision that will be much appreciated, I’m willing to just receive back the
amount of refund on the products that I’m going to returned back. However, it’s still much kind for you
to refund fully on both TRA and TR90, so I’m not too struggling on the financial issues at my elderly age.
