AMENDED INFORMATION

The undersigned Associate Prosecutor, hereby accuses EROS

ANCHETA, SHAUN FELIPE, CHRISTINA BRIONES, JMY
VILLAMOR and ATTY. JASMINE TAGUBA, all members of Kappa
Lex Integrated, a duly registered fraternity in the School of Law of
Saint Louis University, the crime of Violation of Sections 3 and 4 of
the Anti-Hazing Lawdefined and penalized under R.A. No. 8049, as
amended by R.A. No.11053,otherwise known as the“Anti-Hazing
Act of 2018”,committed as follows:

That on or about January 20, 2019, at around 9:30 in the

evening, in the house of Shaun Felipe at 110 T. Alonzo St. Baguio
City, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-
named accused, being then members of Kappa Lex Integrated, in
conspiracy with one another, did then and there willfully, unlawfully
and feloniously conduct their planned initiation rites as prerequisite for
admission upon one ROBERT BAUTISTA, a neophyte, without prior
written application to conduct the same made to the proper authorities

of the school 7 days before the conduct of the initiation rites, and as
part of the said initiation rites, Robert Bautista was tied into a chair by
Cristina Briones and Jmy Villamor, and thereafter Shaun Felipe placed
a sock drenched in the urine of Jmy Villamor and the semen of Eros
Ancheta inside the mouth of Robert Bautista, and then after Atty.
Jasmine Taguba covered Robert Bautista’s eyes with a napkin, Jmy
Villamor poured heated candle wax over the chest of Robert Bautista,
punched him at his back, and hit his left thigh and lower legs with a
paddle with force while Cristina Briones dripped heated candle wax
over Robert Bautista’s back, punching and paddling him at the back of
his head, and chest until he passed out and failed to gain
consciousness despite attempts on the part of the accused to wake
him up, thereby inflicting upon the latter severe blunt traumatic injuries
in the head, back, thighs and chest as reflected in the medical
certificate, and which caused the death of the victim.
