 About students’ performance
 Sir ed and sir Er as the head of the meeting ….introduce the project of school, that is, the installment of
television as instructional materials in the classroom. The majority agreed that 50% of the budget will come
from the fund of PTA and a letter will be addressed to the Presidents noted by the Principal.

The faculty meeting started at exactly 3:00 PM at Grade 7-St. Angela room. It was started by a prayer led
by Mr. Joselito Valdez.

II. Preliminaries
The meeting was headed by Mdm. Mylene Manaligod, who facilitated the discussions about the
different agendas.
III. Meeting Proper
1. Venues of Events
 Madam Mylene discussed about the different venues of events in preparation for Campus
Intramurals.
 Attendance should be visible
 Sir Ed will be the announcer during the parade
 Restoration after the opening program- College Department
2. Different Committees
 Certificates for judges- Mdm. Karen, Mdm. April, Sir Ed, Mdm. Gina
 The Local Government Unit will be given a Certificate of Appreciation for allowing the
school to use the gymnasium
 Attendance of Basic Education- in front of the office

IV. Adjournment
The meeting was ended through a closing prayer led by the school principal at exactly 5:15 PM and
secured that there is a peaceful understanding to each other that attended the meeting.
