HYDRAULIC PRESSURE INDICATING SYSTEMS - DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
1. General
A. Two hydraulic pressure indicating systems provide remote and
direct indication of fluid pressure in hydraulic power systems
A and B. Each hydraulic pressure indicating system consists of
a transmitter and indicator for remote indication of pressure
at the third crewman's panel, and a direct reading gage in the
left wheel well or in the lower left tail section.
B. The pressure transmitters are connected directly to the
pressure side of the hydraulic modular units. The transmitter
senses pressure changes and sends corresponding electrical
signals to the pressure indicator on the third crewman's panel.
Each transmitter and indicator set is powered by 28 volts ac
from the main load control center, panel P6.
