The title of the workshop is: MP2 - Mindfulness, positivity and participation
Description: In this hands-on workshop for family members caring for people with dementia,
we will focus on how to live we someone with dementia. We combine elements of the teachings
of Maria Montessori, function focused care and mindfulness. The workshop is interactive and
encourages people to actively participate. The group will go home with a MP2-action plan: a
series of questions to guide to interaction with their loved one.
