Dear Chris Ingalls:

This letter responds further to your public records request. You requested the following:

1. The latest PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) audit of Green Hill
2. Documents indicating the current staffing levels and [sic] Green Hill and any staffing
shortages
3. Records of assaults/crimes/violations in the last two years
Note: Based on the other items of your request, we understand this item to be specific
to Green Hill School, if we have misunderstood this item please notify our office as
soon as possible.
4. Video/audio recordings related to assaults/crimes/violations in the last two years at
Green Hill

On March 13, 2018 our office sent you a first installment of records responsive to item one of
your request. Enclosed as a second installment are records Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) located in
response to item two of your request. This installment includes the Green Hill School Schedule
dated March 5, 2018. No portion of this document has been redacted or withheld in its entirety.

Also enclosed is a report of incidents that would be considered “assaults”, “crimes”, or

“violations” that occurred at Green Hill School between March 7, 2016 and March 7, 2018.
There are 9,883 incidents separated into several categories. In order to respond to items three and
four of your request it would be helpful if you could clarify what types of incidents you wish to
receive records about. Also, can you provide clarification about what types of records you want
from these incidents? Do you want the individual incident reports that would require significant
redaction or do you seek data reports similar to the enclosed report?

We want to correctly identify the records you are requesting and not produce documents you
may not want. Please clarify what records you are seeking under items three and four of your

request by April 10, 2018 so we may proceed with processing your request. Once we receive
your clarification, we will provide you an estimate of time to produce those records.
