CORRIGENDUM
This conigendum is in continuation of Adverlisei4ent No. 3 of 2OlB published on
of HCS (Ex. Br.) & other Allied Services -2017. As per the ot'clers
02.08.2018 for the posts
issued by the Govenrment of Haryaria vide Endrst No.66/2412015-2SIII dated 30.01,2019, the
candidates who have attained the age of 2l yeas as on 01.08.2018 are also to be oonsideled
eiigible for aforesaid posts. Accordingly, the Commission invites online application forms fronl
eiigible candidates who had not applied earlier for the said pogts.
Furlher, in view of the orders dated 1 L12.2018 passed by the-Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana
High Coul in CWP No. 22328 of 2018, Clause 3 of the Sports Policy (issued vide Notification
No. 414012017- 4SYA dated 25.05.2018) has been amended by the Govemment vicle Notification
No. 414012017- 4SYA daied 15.1\.2018 making those Sports persons eligible for the posts
reserved for ESP of Haryana who ale Domicrpa/ Residents of Haryana irrespective.of the fact
that they have,represented UTs or other States. So, the candidates who have not applied earlicr
can apply now if they fulfrll the eligibility criteria in view of the Sports Policy dated 25.05,20 1 8

amended vide notification dated 15.1i.20i8. (Policy dated 25.05.2018 & 15.i1.2018 ale
availabie on Commission's website alongwith "Instructions to Candidates")
The candidates who are applying now against thislconigendum shoulcl not be less than 2l
years and not more than 42 yearc (27 years for the postq'qf,DSP) on or pefoie 01.08:2018. The

eligibility with regard to qualification etc will be determiled as on 15.02.2019 (closing date)
whereas other terms & eligibility in the advertisement will remain

wrchaqged.'The candidates can now apply.online fi'om 07.02.2019 to 15.02.2019 (121Q0

midnight) and fees can be deposited rpto 15.02.2019 (12:00 midnight) through the link given on
the online portal.

The candidates who had applied earlier against Advt No- 312018 need nor appl1, again as
their earlier application forms wiil be bonsidered, if they fulfill all the eligibility conditions as per
provision of above Advt No. 312018 (i.e. age will be determinecl as on 01.0i.2018 & other

eligibility legarding qualification etc will be detelmined as on 14.09.2018).

The application form alongwith prescribed fees submitted tlu'ough online portal to the
Commission will only be taken into consideration, The offline application Qigr

application fonn without fees will not be taken into consideration by the Commisiiiin. So, the
candidates are advised to submit their online application form and deposit the fees well in time

carefully to avoid rejection. No reflrnd of fees willbe made by the Commission in any case.
