municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
o Prepares and monitors cash position of the company
o Prepares monthly expense summary report (liquidation) of company’s
executive employees
o Reviews check voucher and supporting documents
o Reports project costing to the management (Budgeted vs. Actual)
o Performs bank reconciliation
• Maintain and monitor project related cost to ensure better profitability and
accuracy and completeness of project costs.
o Computes profitability and provide analysis on each business
project/proposals
o Assists management on dealing clients regarding terms of payment and
payment mode to consider finance cost
o Handles recording of revenues, cost of project, official receipts, and
disbursements
o Prepares schedule of projected related expenses
o Reports project cost base on actual versus management’s budgeted cost
• Experience in using Excel and Simply Accounting Pro for accounting task
• Compiles the accounting transactions and analyze financial information to
prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document
business transactions of the organization under the supervision of relevant
account head
• Handles crew training for all incoming crew members particularly for Cashier
and Production positions
• Experience control production at various sales level
• Assists management in Food Safety Controls and Inventory Management
