• Consolidation, Preparation and Evaluation of monthly and weekly cost


reports
o Prepares consolidation of over 70+ construction sites’ cost report every
month (Government, Private, Small and Mega projects) and review cost
trending and analysis
o Analyzes weekly productivity of all active sites (manpower,concrete,etc.)
• Analyzes cost behavior and variances on direct cost, indirect cost, project
contingencies, and corporate overhead.
o Reviews closed projects every quarter to monitor subsequent cost
(warranty, maintenance, etc.)
o Monitor all costs and expenses incurred on Site against dedicated
Budget. Identify and register trends and variances.
o Prepares budget vs actual cost monitoring reports
• Maintains cashflow projection and manpower projection every month for Top
Management purposes
o Budget monitoring, issuance of Site Budget & Cost Controls Report,
insure the control of all costs incurred onsite by Saudi Oger directly, or
billed by Subcontractors / Suppliers and assist in the forecasting of
future project resource requirements (Cost to Complete & Cost at
Completion)
o Assist the Project Management team and participate in the
Development of Detailed Project Target Budget, including budget
forecasts for prelims (schedule + Cost: Indirect Manpower, Mobilization,
Equipment etc) as well as Direct Costs using Company’s norms and
references.
o Issue analysis reports and recommend actions to Project Management
