Respected Sir,

It is state that i am MOHSIN ALI, an internee of commerce subjects of your

college. I am writing this application to inform you that my MPhil Thesis is
continue and last date of this submission is Feb-28, of this month. For this
purpose, I want to go to university due to research analysis purpose. For the
stated reason, I need one-week leaves on the said date. So, I am requested to
you that give me some relaxation for this reason and give me leave for one
week.
