Technician Development Program

2. PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Our focus is to prepare the current technician and experience operator in term of their
skills, technical knowledge and attitude, and to get them ready to take prepare them
to be real competence and skill technician. This Group Of Staff Will Able To Perform
The Routine Technician Work, Scheduled Maintenance Of The Equipment And
Installation Of Equipment In Their Working Place In Panasonic Energy.

2.1 COURSE OBJECTIVES


The main objective of the program is:-
 To enhance technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and System Control in
order to prepare them for the task in performing equipment maintenance
activities.
 To equip appropriate skill in doing their preventive maintenance in Mechanical,
Electrical and System Control.
 To align the right attitude by building their characteristic needs for Technician

Learning Outcome – At the end of program, participant will:


 Attain the essential of knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and System Control.
 Obtain the skill in doing mechanical task, able to use basic mechanical and
electrical equipment measurement system.
 Align the need of attitude to become a competent preventive maintenance
staff.
 Gain the confidence in performing equipment maintenance task.

2.2 COURSE METHODOLOGY
To ensure training effectiveness, the course is 30% theory and 70% hands-on practical
applications of lessons and knowledge learnt based on problem-based learning.
Participants are compelled to complete at least 30 tasks based on actual problem-
solving case studies.
