I am pleased to inform you that CTS-C was organized in 1958 as a stock corporation registered
with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).CTS-C as a technical-vocational school is
accredited by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Commission on
Higher Education (CHED) and Department of Education (DepEd).It has also maintained its high
standing over the years in terms of TECH-VOC Skills assessment throughout the region.
This school year 2018-2019, Deped has implemented the Senior High School Program (SHS) in
which CTS-C is one of the schools who offered the two (2) SHS Tracks.
With the program, CTS-C believes that for the effective delivery of its instruction in SHS, there is
a need for school-industry partnership. The partnership will surely help students gain access
and expertise from our industry partners through practical On-the-Job Training and expertise
based training. Thus we would like to enter into a Work Immersion Partnership in your
company.
In this connection, we would be very willing to discuss this matter with you or your
representative or you may reach us at telephone number (Fax) 254-2434, 256-1303 and
through mobile number: 0916-936-4164.
Thank you very much and looking forward on your positive response.
The trainees’ access to the expertise and resources available and the well-coordinated
delivery of instructional activities in both learning venues guarantees quality and relevant
training.
COST EFFICIENCY
The non duplication of training objectives, functions and facilities in the two venues
contributes to cost efficiency in training.
RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION
Optimum use of school and company facilities and resources allows the admission of more
trainees.
More training places are made available to the poor and unemployed youth through the
provision of allowances by sponsoring companies.
EMPLOYABILITY OF GRADUATES
SHS Graduates are equipped with up-to-date and appropriate work knowledge, skills and
attitudes making them highly competitive and in-demand in the labor market.
TRAINING PLAN
The Training Plan includes the synchronized schedule of the knowledge and skills to
be learned by the trainees in school and practical hands on activities at the actual
workplace area.
TRAINING AGREEMENT
The agreement is signed by all parties concerned including the parent or guardian
for the in-plant training.
