COMPETENCY STANDARD OF ORGANIZATIONAL CADISISATION STUDENTS

(ORMAWA) IKATAN HIMPUNAN STUDENTS OF INDONESIAN BIOLOGY

(IKAHIMBI) (fix)
A. ORMAWA cadre regeneration
The majority of ORMAWA activists experience delays in
completing their campus studies, one of which is related to their activities
as academic personnel as well as agents of change or agents of change in
the country's political arena. When the activists were in a flurry of
changing the country, he also had to think about his academic conditions whichthat he
demandedshould immediately enter the community but before the change of
management there was a limited cadre, why did this happen?
Some of the students on a campus prefer to limit or even
close themselves from the organization rather than experiencing delays in campus studies. This is
because the old management period and the cadre process are only based
on generations without any meaningful changes that are able to provide
solutions so that the activists can be active in ORMAWA but they can still
complete their studies according to their target. So there needs to be a curriculum arrangement
that regulates when a cadre must sit in Departmental Organizations, Faculties
to Universities even on campus as in the AssociationAssociations
of Indonesian Biology Studentin both Regional and Central / National in
Indonesia. But the lecture did not experience obstacles.
Cadreization in the present has undergone a change of meaning which only
means as recruitment of people through a cadre activity in the
acceptance of members. Whereas regeneration is aprocess system
gradual, continuousand has compatibility withstages
cadre developmentalwhich are intended to manage cadres as ahuman
wholebeing in the implementation of organizational activities. Actual regeneration consists of
several activities which include:

5. Systematic, gradual and sustainable education
6. Care cadres as Intensive attention

8. Dismissal due to displacement, resignation and completion of assignments
Student organizations must carry out the process of managing human resources
or we usually call cadres who will turn on cadres. Theprocess
managementthat deals directly with cadres is usually called regeneration.
Cadrealization is carried out by realizing activities that educate students from
time to time so that they can develop according toown stages of development
theirwhich include:
