 Validity: Thirty (30) days from date of quotation
 Payment Terms: Forty-five (45) days upon complete delivery of items
 Delivery lead time is ninety (90) days to one hundred twenty (120) days upon receipt of Purchase

 Warranty: One (1) year on parts and three (3) years on service from date of delivery against
manufacturing defects or components failure due to normal use
