l. Pursuant to the Section 12 of the Republic Act 10612 otherwise known as

"Fast-ttacked Scleflce a d. Tech^ologg Scholarshlp Act oJ 2013,,, 1e
Department of Education through the Teacher Education Council (TEC) in
partnership with the Philippine Normal University (PNU) will be conducring a
I-day orientation on the training program for DOST Scholars who are newly-
hired.

2. The details of the activity are below

3. The list of participants is enclosed. Parlicipants ate expected to be at the venue

before 7:30 AM. Likewise, the participants are also advised to bring the following

3.1 Transcript of Records {TOR) with remarks "Copy for PNU"
3.2 Two copies of 2x2 picture (taken in the last 3 months)
3.3 Certified true copy of Marriage Certiflcate if TOR bears maiden name
