Objectives may not activate in order or may not activate at all, but once all 4 tapes are colected and
inserted it should work properly. If you are in doubt you can refresh the plot.

Hints for the Energy Signature come in form of Newspapers but you need the Newspaper Plot for that

[2] If it doesn't work when it ask you to make sure you have enough resources, you can brute force it by
placing the resources in the stockpile (50+) and sleep for 24 hours

[3] If at any point you get the Save yourself or you get some kind of side effect from bad recipes, use the
shower, or emergency meds, or the Decontamination Arc etc
