Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) adalah jenis penyakit yang terjadi akibat penyempitan atau
penyumbatan didinding nadi koroner karena adanya endapan lemak dan kolestrol sehingga
mengakibatkan suplai darah ke jantung menjadi terganggu. Untuk mencegah terjadinya PJK
diperlukan upaya pencegahan seperti pencegahan primer ditunjukkan untuk menurunkan angka
kejadian pertama kali terserang PJK sedangkan pencegahan sekunder berfokus pada perubahan
gaya hidup dan rehabilitasi pasca serangan jantung hingga tidak terjadi serangan ulang atau
rehospitalisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk deteksi dini obesitas sebagai faktor Risiko
penyakit jantung koroner pada orang dewasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah
deskriptif yaitu untuk membuat gambaran tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif dengan
responden berjumlah 89 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik
simple random sampling. Responden mengisi lembar persetujuan menjadi responden dan
dilakukan pemeriksaan lingkar pinggang. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah responden berdasarkan
umur 40-59 tahun sebesar 57,3%, jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu perempuan sebesar 69,7%, dan
terbanyak pada kelompok yang tidak memiliki riwayat keturunan penyakit jantung koroner
sebesar 98,9%. Responden yang memiliki lingkar pingang >80cm pada kelompok responden
perempuan sebesar 52,8%. Berdasarkan hasil distribusi analisis didapatkan hubungan yang
bermakna antara umur dengan lingkar pinggang yaitu umur 40-59 tahun dan jenis kelamin

EARLY DETECTION OF OBESITY AS RISK FACTORS FOR HEART DISEASE
KORONERPADA ADULTS IN THE WORK AREA HEALTH KEDIRIII TABANAN YEAR 2017
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a type of disease that is caused by narrowing or blockage of
the wall of coronary arteries due to the deposition of fat and cholesterol, resulting in blood
supply to the heart be disturbed. To prevent the occurrence of coronary heart disease
prevention efforts are needed as primary prevention is indicated to decrease the incidence of
CHD was first attacked while secondary prevention focuses on lifestyle changes and
rehabilitation after a heart attack does not occur until reset or rehospitalisasi attack. The
purpose of this study was to early detection of obesity as a risk factor for coronary heart disease
in adults. The method used is descriptive, to create a picture of a situation objectively with the
respondent amounted to 89 people. This study uses probability sampling with simple random
sampling technique. Respondents fill out the consent form were interviewed and examined
waistlines. The results obtained are respondents by age 40-59 years at 57.3%, the highest
among females gender of 69.7%, and the highest in the group with no history of coronary heart
disease heredity of 98.9%. Respondents who have a waist circumference> 80 cm in the group
